I like to refer to this as a spot treatment. Shooting for a 70% plus resolution to all issues, a 60 minute session allows me time to treat a specific discomfort like sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, migraine/headaches, lower back pain, etc. Any additional methods used during this session comes with no additional cost (cupping, scraping, kt tape, hot stones, etc.).
This session is geared towards treating multiple issues within one session, or combining a therapeutic and relaxation session into one. There is no additonal charge for additional methods used during this session (assisted/passive stretching, hot stones, cupping, acupressure, etc.).
A 120 min session allows time to get the best of both worlds. Allowing time to address multiple ailments, while at the same time leaving space for assisted stretching and a relaxing finishing touch.

I like to refer to this session as a full body reset. This session allows time to assess and target the root cause of multiple discomforts. While at the same time leaving space to enhance any minor discomforts, improve on normal functionality, as well as leaving room to relax and smooth things out helping integrate the bodywork received during the session.

Perfect for those who don’t have the time to dedicate to a full on session, just need a quick fix, or those who prefer not to be touched by others not in their immediate social circle. Sessions specifically target whatever may be troubling you on that given day. Sessions range from 10, 20, and 30 minutes. Get in and out with little to no hassle for $1 per minute.
